Keyframe is a feature that enables video generation from multiple keyframes that define a sequence. The model fills in the in-betweens. My role was to explore how this capability fits into an animation workflow; Defining use cases, testing scenarios, and identifying its strengths and limitations. To move fast, I built a custom Flask app using vibe coding to generate, compare, and benchmark results, while developing the system prompt that drives the outputs. In parallel, I developed the system prompt that drives the outputs shaping how keyframes, timing, and intent are interpreted, and directly impacting the quality and consistency of the results.
